Adam has led me on Past Life Regression. At all times I felt safe and calm. Adam asked questions during the journey and I was amazed at the specific details we were able to get. One of the most significant healing parts of this therapy was to cut the ties... which all were impacting on my present life. I feel lighter and more able to move forward.

I have been seeing Adam for a few hypnotherapy sessions. He is utterly professional, and beforehand discusses your needs from the session and makes helpful suggestions as well.
Its a gentle relaxation that Adam takes you through to go into a trance state, and at all times he makes you feel relaxed and safe.
During trance Adam guided me through mental exercises to lead to catharsis in the situation I went to him for.
Even in trance state I could feel my shoulders relax after the burden had been lifted from me.
Adam also helped build my confidence and energy levels during hypnosis for several hours after I was still focused and happy and working away at my self employed business.
I am so grateful to Adam for his therapy ad suggestions on how to heal from my trauma. He has helped to lift a very heavy burden so I can now move forwards with self love and confidence in my future.
I would recommend anyone with unhealed trauma to ask Adam for assistance as you will not regret it.

I have started a course of hypnotherapy with Adam, and through distancing and using technology he's been able to help bring balance and great confidence into my life . Adam listens very carefully as you discuss what you would like to work on and develops a bespoke healing journey. After each session I have felt much more confident and determined. I find myself starting things I thought were too difficult before. Adam is always friendly and approachable - its obvious his main concern is bringing healing into your life.

I have had two sessions so far with Adam & I can honestly say that he is the consummate professional. He puts me at ease from the moment I arrive & is extremely welcoming which is an absolute positive if you, like me, suffer with anxiety issues. He has a very calming manner in the way he talks to you, he is a gentle man & makes you feel relaxed and reassures you at all times.
I suffer with multiple health conditions, both physically and mentally, and have done so for many years & as a result I take a lot of medication & am always in pain which in turn has effected my confidence and mood. I have found Adam's sessions to be so very helpful both in terms of easing some of my pain - and I have particularly noticed an improvement and a boost in my self confidence which in turn is reducing my anxiety.
