About Me

My name is Adam Costec-Goodrum (DHP ACC. Hyp.), and I’m a professional hypnotherapist and holistic therapist based in the Notting Hill area of London. Originally, I come from a small village on the Norfolk Broads, and I’ve always carried a love of nature, mystery, and the unseen into my work.

I trained in hypnotherapy with Hypnotic World and have recently studied the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (Dolores Cannon), currently practising as a Level 1 Intern. My approach is deeply rooted in compassion and respect, guiding clients to release limiting patterns, uncover life purpose, and experience profound personal growth.

My professional journey includes extensive experience in the health and social care sector, including management roles in care homes supporting elderly residents with dementia. This background has given me a strong foundation in empathy, understanding, and supporting people through transformative challenges.

Spiritually, I have completed Priest of Avalon training with the Glastonbury Goddess Temple and am an Ovate within OBOD. I have also studied crystal healing, Reiki (levels 1, 2 & 3), chakra and aura healing, spiritual counselling, and animal Reiki. My practice blends these holistic therapies with modern hypnotherapy techniques to create a safe, nurturing space for healing and self-discovery.

Outside of therapy, I am fascinated by the cosmos, extraterrestrial intelligence, and UFOs, and I have a particular passion for Moldavite. I bring this sense of wonder, curiosity, and connection to my work, helping clients explore both the practical and mystical aspects of their journey.

Whether we’re working on hypnotherapy, past life regression, or other holistic modalities, my aim is to provide guidance, healing, and empowerment in a warm, professional, and compassionate environment.
